Warranty

All Anywhere Social Goods products are built for regular use and backed by a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing fault, our team will work with you to repair or replace the product.

Sauna Product Guidance

For sauna tents and wood-fired stoves specifically, the following conditions apply:

• Tents should be dried and stored indoors between uses
  
• Spark holes, weathering, and minor cosmetic wear from outdoor use are considered normal
  
• Wind damage caused by improper anchoring is not covered
  
• Overfiring or incorrect fuel use may void the warranty
  
• Stoves must be placed on stable, non-combustible surfaces during operation
  

How to Make a Warranty Claim

   This helps us assess the problem quickly.
   
3. Assessment
   
   Our team will review the claim and confirm whether it falls under warranty.
   
4. Next steps
   
   If approved, we’ll organise a repair, replacement, or solution appropriate to the issue.
   

In some cases, we may request the product be returned for inspection. If this is required, instructions will be provided before any return is arranged.
