Returns

We want you to feel confident bringing Anywhere products into your home. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to find a fair outcome.

If it’s not the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Applies to full-priced purchases only
  • Products must be returned in excellent condition
  • No damage, excessive wear, smoke damage, or signs of misuse
  • Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Refunds apply to the product purchase price only and exclude original shipping costs.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be complete and in good condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • One home trial per household

Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return.

Condition Requirements

Returned products must:

  • Be clean and dry
  • Be free from structural damage
  • Show no significant wear or burn marks
  • Be safely packaged for return transport

Products that arrive damaged, incomplete, or heavily used may not be eligible for refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us

    Email info@anywheresocialgoods.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Assessment

    Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is approved.
  3. Return instructions

    If approved, we’ll provide guidance on packaging and return shipping.
  4. Send the product back

    Return shipping is organised and paid for by the customer.
  5. Refund issued

    Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked freight service

If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing fault, we’ll organise an appropriate solution in line with our warranty policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different product, please place a new order once your return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper setup

Our Approach

Anywhere products are designed to be used, in backyards, outdoors, and in real conditions. Natural wear can occur over time, and we encourage regular use.

The 30-day home trial exists so you can experience the product properly at home, not just inspect it in a box. We aim to keep the process fair, practical, and transparent for everyone.
